Tuition

 

 Students enrolled in lessons at a recurring weekly/biweekly time will be billed monthly tuition. Invoices are emailed on the first day of each month and families are required to enroll in autopay (see instructions below).

Cancellations  & Make-up Credits

 

If you need to cancel a lesson, please do so through the student portal. If you cancel your lesson with at least 24 hours' notice, you will be issued a make-up credit. If your teacher cancels, you will always be issued a make-up credit. You can redeem make-up credits by booking a lesson through the student portal. Please bear in mind that make-up credits do not guarantee mutually available lesson times, and that make-up credits expire after three months.

Student Expectations

 

Students are responsible for the cost of their own instruments and sheet music. Students are expected to practice at least five days each week. The length and structure of practicing will depend on the individual so please ask if you are unclear. 

 

 

In-Person Lessons

 

The majority of our teaching is in-person and that is our preference.  However, we do expect our in-person students to occasionally pivot to virtual lessons.

Virtual Lessons

Virtual lessons are available as a backup option in cases of illness, travel, etc. We are able to accommodate a small number of students with long-term virtual lessons. If this is an accessibility need for your family please don't hesitate to ask.

Discontinuing Lessons

 

You may discontinue lessons at any time. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedules and assist in the cancelation of autopay. We will issue applicable make-up credits but no refunds.

Setting Up Autopay

​

You will need to log into the student portal (please ask Sarah or Greg if you need your login credentials resent).

 

In the top right corner click on your name then Profile Settings.

 

Under Stored Payment Options select Add Card.

 

Fill in the required fields and save.

 

Below your credit card details please select Auto Pay. Thank you! ​
